Cash4Land is a land-buying service. Offers to purchase property may be made by Cash4Land or by buying partners in our network. Requesting an offer is free and creates no obligation for you to sell — and no obligation for us or any partner to make an offer on every property.
Offers, estimates, and content are not professional advice
- The land value estimator produces a rough, automated estimate. It is not an appraisal, not an offer, and must not be relied on for financial, legal, or tax decisions.
- Articles and guides on this Site are general information, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Land sales involve state-specific law — consult a licensed professional for your situation.
- A cash offer becomes binding only when both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Until then, either side may walk away.
Your submissions
When you submit information about a property, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. Consent to be contacted is governed by the checkbox on the form and our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no submitting false property information or other people’s contact details, no attempting to breach its security.
Intellectual property
Site content (text, design, graphics) belongs to Cash4Land. You may share links and brief quotes with attribution; don’t republish whole pages.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
